She oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent development, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Additionally, Kelly serves as a strategic advisor to the President and senior leadership.

With a broad range of HR experience in both fast-paced startup environments and larger corporate firms, Kelly is a proven leader. She is adept at guiding business units, collaborating with executives, and driving transformative HR initiatives.

Prior to joining The Millstone Evans Group, Kelly’s positions included Head of Compensation and Benefits, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
When she’s not working, Kelly – who’s lived in Colorado for 26 years – enjoys reading, hiking, cooking and home decorating. She especially values life’s simple pleasures – a sunny day, a great book, and spending time with her husband and two adult children who live nearby.
