Tiffanye Rollerson

Client Service Associate

Tiffanye Rollerson joined the team in 2024 as a client service associate, supporting day-to-day client service needs, office operations and account management matters.

When a recruiter called her out of the blue with a possible new professional opportunity at The Millstone Evans Group, she was immediately attracted to the idea of working with a smaller team where she could collaborate easily as well as learn and grow in ways that aren’t always as easy to do with larger firms.

“I knew I wanted to develop my skills as I help clients and build strong relationships with them,” she says. “I am particularly looking forward to working on longevity planning, including annuity research and the other services the firm offers to clients in addition to managing investments.”

With a strong background in call center operations and customer service and over 15 years of experience in finance, Tiffanye says that her earlier work laid the groundwork for her to advance into client services.

Her most recent positions were as SR Asset Onboarding Specialist and SR Client Service Representative with Pacific Premier Trust. Prior to those positions, she was a Customer Support Specialist for Cetera Financial Group, Field Service Representative for New York Life, Relationship Manager for E*TRADE Financial Corporation, and Sales Assistant for Jackson National Life Insurance Company.

While she enjoys working in financial services very much, it wasn’t a direction she expected to take.

“I wanted to be a primary school teacher for years,” she says. “Funny how things change.”

At a certain point in her career, she decided she needed to be more intentional about furthering her career and made the decision to return to school.

In 2023, she earned her Bachelor of Science in management/business from the University of Phoenix. It took her almost six years to get the degree since she was working fulltime and raising her three children, who were supportive and proud of their mom for furthering her education.

As a native Coloradan, Tiffanye has always loved the natural beauty of her home state. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, fishing and camping. These things mean even more now since, for so long, “spare time” was a rare commodity due to work, homework and taking care of her home and children.
