Anna Todorova helps turn The Millstone Evans Group's strategic vision into action. She partners closely with the President on organizational planning and key business initiatives while leading the client service team to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
She oversees the firm's operations, continually improving the processes, systems, and relationships that allow the team to serve clients efficiently, consistently, and with exceptional care. Anna also manages key vendor and custodial relationships and works closely with the firm's Chief Compliance Officer to support compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity.
Anna believes exceptional client service begins with a strong team and a well-run organization. She describes her leadership style as empowerment focused. "I strive to build a culture of respect, kindness, and trust that gives people the confidence to take initiative and solve complex problems independently," she says. "My goal is to create an environment where the team feels safe to think outside the box, challenge assumptions, and innovate in ways that ultimately benefit our clients."
She was drawn to The Millstone Evans Group's collaborative culture, where a smaller team encourages open communication, shared accountability, and thoughtful problem-solving. She values the firm's commitment to serving clients from diverse backgrounds and its focus on values-aligned investing.
Before joining The Millstone Evans Group, Anna spent 11 years at Syntrinsic, advancing to Director of Operations. In this executive role, she led the operations team, drove cross-functional alignment to meet corporate objectives, and partnered with leadership to execute strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held key operational roles at Alps Holdings. Anna also served as a volunteer member of the Engineers Without Borders USA Finance Committee from 2017 to 2025.
Anna earned a Master of Science in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. She holds the Series 65 Securities License and is a graduate of both Impact Denver, a leadership program offered by the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, and the BNY Pershing Next Leadership Forum.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, volunteering with organizations that support children, and exploring Colorado's mountains, trails, and natural beauty.
